Privacy Policy - Information about personal data processing

(Pursuant to Art. 13 D. Lgs. 196/03 - Italian Personal Data Protection Code)

The Italian Legislative Decree 196/03 of 30/06/2003 is aimed at ensuring that the processing of personal data will be respect for human rights, fundamental freedoms and dignity of persons, with particular reference to confidentiality and personal identity. The law states that the person concerned to receive information about the purposes and method of handling his personal data and to whom his consent is required in writing.


Therefore, we wish to inform you that your personal data – collected from your home or supplied directly by you through access to our Web site – will be used by Real Votiva with full respect for fundamental principles dictated by:

  • Legislative Decree n. 196, “Code on personal Data protection”;
  • Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and traffic data.

Personal data processing operations and their purpose

The following is a summary of all our operations that involve the collection, storage or processing of personal data, and our goal with each of them.

  1. collection, storage and processing of personal data in order to provide the services offered by Real Votiva through the Web site www.realvotiva.com, or transmission of newsletters, promotions, useful information and use of online services;
  2. statistics processing for internal use.
Processing methods

The treatment will be fully automated, by recording data directly from the user by processing the registration process by registering online or by Real Votiva or its employees of the data you provide consent of the latter. The user can modify his own data and/or his own preferences at any time by accessing to the customer area of the web site after registration. Likewise, he may cancel or request cancellation of his name from the archives of Real Votiva renouncing the use of the services provided.

The data provided will not be disclosed or released to any third parties and the scope of dissemination of data is strictly limited to purposes related to the services offered by Real Votiva.

Freedom to grant consent and the consequences of a refusal

The consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes mentioned in paragraphs (1) and (2) under "Personal data processing operations and their purpose" is necessary. In case of refusal to give consent it will not be possible to provide the services provided.

Rights of the treatment of personal data (art. 7 of Legislative Decree n. 196/03)

1. You have the right to obtain confirmation or not of personal data concerning your person, even if not yet recorded, and its communication in intelligible form.

2. You have the right to obtain information about:

  • the origin of personal data;
  • the purposes and methods of treatment;
  • the logic applied in case of treatment with the help of electronic means;
  • the identity of the owner, manager and representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2; the subjects and categories of persons to whom the data maybe communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.

3. You have the right to obtain:

  • updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
  • the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data which need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
  • certification that the operation in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

You have the right to object, in whole or in part:

  • for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data, pertinent to the purpose of collection;
  • the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communication.
